These include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Introduction to modelling risk and uncertainty in operations planning &#8211; <em><strong>Tony Downward<\/strong>, University of Auckland<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Multi-stage stochastic programming using SDDP.jl &#8211; <em><strong>Oscar Dowson<\/strong>, Northwestern University<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Milk production planning with uncertain weather and farm-gate milk prices &#8211; <em><strong>Oscar Dowson<\/strong>, Northwestern University<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Time-consistent risk modelling paradigms in multistage stochastic programmes <em>&#8211; <strong>Regan Baucke<\/strong>, \u00c9cole des Ponts Paristech<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Investment in the NZ electricity system: a generator-retailer perspective &#8211; <em><strong>Grant Telfar<\/strong>, Meridian Energy<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Reaching the aspiration of 100% renewables in the New Zealand electricity sector &#8211; <em><strong>Tony Downward<\/strong>, University of Auckland<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Panel Discussion on NZ medium and long term risks in the New Zealand electricity sector &#8211; <em>Chaired by <strong>Grant Read<\/strong>, members of EPOC<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The planned start time is 9:30am, and the workshop will end by 4pm.<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested in attending, please email Tony Downward (<a href=\"mailto:a.downward@auckland.ac.nz\">a.downward@auckland.ac.nz<\/a>) by <strong>Wednesday 24 April<\/strong>. There is no fee to attend, and lunch will be provided.
