Abstracts should be <strong>250 words <\/strong>or fewer and are to be submitted as plain text.<\/p>\n<p>Oral presentations will be <strong>20 minutes in length (15 + 5 for questions)<\/strong>. All abstracts will be considered by the conference committee, and the authors notified of their acceptance (or otherwise).<\/p>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/MHrc91V37DkNhR2K6\">Abstracts can be submitted here<\/a><\/h5>\n<p>When submitting your abstract, you will have the option to indicate whether you wish to be considered for one of the conference prizes. Further details about the available prizes can be found on the Conference prize page.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"ORPapers\">Paper Guidelines<\/h3>\n<p>You have the option to submit (through email) a paper of at most 10 pages (not counting references). Guidelines for preparation of the final papers are available for both Word and Latex. Please download the <a href=\"http:\/\/orsnz.org.nz\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/ORSNZPaperGuide_2025-4.docx\">Word Guidelines Document<\/a> if you want to prepare your paper using Word. For Latex users we have prepared a style file and sample document. It is in this <a href=\"http:\/\/orsnz.org.nz\/conf57\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2025\/10\/ORSNZ_template.zip\">Latex Guidelines archive<\/a>, which includes the necessary style files and should work in overleaf.<br \/>\nPapers can be made available through the conference website, if the authors wish to do so.
