Abstract

This paper aims at developing an optimization model that integrates effective resource usage and environmental resource and pollution control issues.  The integrated optimization model will encompass subjective and objective indices  in a unique way and provide concurrent solutions to certain production and environmental related decisions.  A methodology will be constructed for the operational design of this optimization model followed by the full linear programming model representative of the real life operating situations.
