Key dates for registration:
- Early-bird registration closes on Tuesday, 31 October 2017
- Final deadline for registration for those presenting is Sunday, 3 December 2017
- Attendance registrations can be made at any time before the event being registered for, e.g., registrations for the industry mini-conference will be taken any time before Wednesday, 13 December 2017
Earlybird prices are valid until and including 31 October 2017 (NZST). All prices are quoted in NZD.

Eligibility for Student Rates
Only conference delegates who are (or have been) studying full time during this calendar year are eligible for student registration rates. On the registration form students must provide the name of an academic supervisor at their institution who can confirm their student status. NZ-based Students travelling from out of town may be eligible for travel assistance. See this page for further details.
If you are entering the YPP competition you are eligible for a further discount on the advertised rates.
