Abstract Submission

Key dates

  • Submission deadline for abstracts is Monday, November 7.
  • Submission deadline for (optional) full papers is Monday, November 14.

Abstract Submission

We welcome presentations on any aspect of operations research, analytics or management science, especially practical applications. We specifically are planning to run sessions on digital twin systems,  energy & emissions policy as well as healthcare modelling.

Submissions from students and practitioners are greatly encouraged. Abstracts should be 1500 characters or fewer and are to be submitted as plain text.

Oral presentations will be 20 minutes in length (15 + 5 for questions). All abstracts will be considered by the conference committee, and the authors notified of their acceptance (or otherwise).

Abstracts can be submitted here. The deadline has passed, and we are no longer accepting abstracts.

Note that if you wish to be eligible for the Young Practitioners’ Prize you must submit a full paper (max 12 pages) and meet the criteria detailed here.

Guidelines for Preparation of OR, Analytics and Management Science Papers

Traditionally, the ORSNZ have published proceedings of their conferences. Therefore, we give you the option to submit (through EasyChair) a paper of at most 12 pages. Guidelines for preparation of the final papers are available for both Word and Latex. Please download the Word Guidelines Document if you want to prepare your paper using Word. A PDF version of the Guidelines Document is available to those who plan to use a different word processor. For Latex users we have prepared a style file and sample document. It is in this Latex Guidelines archive, which includes the necessary style files. Please refer to the README.txt file for installation instructions. You may prefer a simpler Latex guidelines file PaperGuide.tex which does not require installing any style files.
