- Early-bird prices are valid up to and including 31st October 2025.
- The deadline for registrations is Monday 10th November 2025, speakers must register on or before this date, or their presentations may be removed from the programme.
- *There are a limited number of dinner tickets available. Dinner tickets are included in student and standard registrations, subject to availability.
Eligibility for Student Rates
Only conference delegates who are (or have been) studying full-time during this calendar year are eligible for student registration rates. Students must email conference at orsnz.org.nz, cc’ing their academic supervisor at their institution, to confirm their student status.
NZ-based Students travelling from out of town may be eligible for travel assistance. See this page for further details.
