ORSNZ is holding its Annual General Meeting during the upcoming ORSNZ conference on Tuesday the 12th of December from 12:20pm – 1pm.
The agenda for the meeting is:

- Honorary Treasurer’s report and financial statement;
- Update on Special Interest Groups;
- Update on website;
- Hans Dallenbach Prize;

MINZ is holding its annual Study Week at AUT in the Auckland CBD from 25 to 29 June 2018.

The final submission date for abstracts for presentations at the upcoming ORSNZ Annual Conference have been extended until Tuesday November 7. Please submit your abstract by this date if you would like to present at the upcoming conference. (Unless you are entering the YPP, no paper is necessary.)
Dr John George unexpectedly passed away last Wednesday (November 1). John was a former vice-president of the Operations Research Society of New Zealand, and Editor of the Newsletter.
